Travel Shapes Us
Leslie approaches travel as an art form and a conversation—an exchange between the traveler and the world. With a background in anthropology, storytelling, and cultural exploration, she intimately knows how to design experiences that immerse, inspire, and expand perspectives.
Before founding Palmer Studio, she built a career at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and experience design, collaborating with some of the world’s most innovative brands. That same depth of insight now informs the way she designs travel—where every element is woven together seamlessly, creating an experience that lingers long after you return home.
She believes that the most transformative travel experiences don’t happen in isolation—they unfold through the people you meet, the cultures you engage with, and the ideas that expand your understanding of the world. Whether tracing the roots of a craft tradition, stepping into a historic landscape, or simply slowing down to observe, Leslie curates itineraries that allow for both discovery and reflection.
ABOUT LESLIE
She has a deep love for literature, particularly works exploring culture, creativity, and travel.

Copenhagen, Oslo, New York City, and any place with a great bookstore.
Coffee, a good book, and time to think before the day begins.
She practices daily as a way to stay present, inspired, and amplify creativity.
We don’t just observe cultures—we engage with them in meaningful ways.

The Best Journeys Change You.
Each fall, I travel to Miraval Arizona for a reset, much needed me-time, and continued exploration of mindfulness, meaning, and resilience. I always look forward to the smell of desert and the way I'll feel when I'm there.
Everything about visiting this beautiful Four Seasons resort was magical. Fresh Hawaiian fruit paired with the fluffiest pancakes, coconut syrup, and most generous service was a highlight of my stay.
On the Greek island of Naxos, I had the incredible opportunity to learn passed-down family recipes from Mrs. Juliana. She and her family hosted Anthony Bourdain during a filming of Parts Unknown.
